ABOUT ASHLEY STEIGERWALD
For Ashley Steigerwald, the best part of her job as a professional real estate agent is being able to problem solve with her clients and experiencing what she refers to as “the joyful, human side of buying and selling homes.” Prior to becoming an agent, she was a residential construction manager and title abstractor for dozens of attorneys in the Greenville area. This gave her expert knowledge of all the technical aspects of real estate – land, titles, contracts, the construction process – that help her serve as an excellent advocate on your behalf, while assuring that your building or transaction process is as smooth and worry-free as possible. Now that she’s on the client side of real estate, Ashley loves being able to get to know people personally and learning their stories and meeting their families.

Her entire family is very involved in Scouting. She and her husband started a pack six years ago at their church, St. Mary Magdalene, that now has grown to 60 scouts. She currently serves as Council Commissioner of the Blue Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America and as a member of the National Scouts BSA committee. She is also a lifetime member of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. Ashley’s husband, Dr. Bill Steigerwald, is an optometrist with Southern Eye Associates in Simpsonville and they have three boys.
